Returns Policy

Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality of our gifts and the reliability of our service. If for any reason you are unhappy with any gift bought from Country & Modern, please return it within 10 days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund the cost.

You must first notify Country & Modern via email within 10 days of receipt of your gift. The cost of your gift will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase once we have received the returned product.

Please note refunds may take 5-21 working days to clear depending on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.

When returning goods they must be sent back in their original condition and packaging with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.

For your own security we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns. Country & Modern cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Exchange and Replacements

If you request an exchange that is lower in value than the returned item(s), the difference in value will be credited back to the credit card used to pay for the original order. If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference in value due will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the original order.
