Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Standard delivery charge is only £3.99 per order

 

Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability via Royal Mail 1st Class or Initial City Link.


If your order is likely to take any longer, we will contact you.

 

Shipping and Handling

Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.

Shipping and Delivery is carried out following our strict delivery policy. UK delivery costs between £3.99 and £5.99 depending on class of postage and size of parcel.

We will contact you immediately if the goods are out of stock and arrange for an alternative at your will, or keep you informed of delivery expectations.

All goods are packaged discreetly, and if you have any special requirements please email us or ring our customer help line (02086804121). Phone lines are open from 9-5 Mon - Fri (except Christmas and Bank Holidays).

 

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, and we will of course keep you informed of the expected delivery time.


Delivery Times


Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.


We offer a choice of two services for UK addresses:

  • Standard Delivery Service
    Orders sent via our Standard Delivery Service should arrive within 2-5 days of your order being placed.
  • Express Delivery Service
    Orders sent via our Priority Delivery Service (placed before 2.00pm on weekdays) should arrive the next working day by courier.
  • Weekends

Orders placed after 4:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.


PEAK SEASONS


Please also note that during our peak seasons (e.g Valentine's Day, Father's Day and Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order. If for any reason there's a major delay with the expected delivery time, we'll contact you and explain the situation.

NB: Please allow for extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

  • Our couriers deliver between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • A signature may be required to acknowledge receipt of goods. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, please supply an alternative delivery address.
  • If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, our courier will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
  • Although we work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside our control.
